Fred Ripley, VP of Investment Sales

Fred Ripley, Vice President, has more than twenty-five  years experience in commercial real estate.  During this  time, he has  sold over 14,000 units of multi-family properties located in the southeastern United States. Prior to Brookside Properties, Fred was a broker for the Nashville Insignia/ESG office where he was involved in the sale and acquisition of apartment communities. In addition, he has leased over 56,000 square feet of office space in Nashville and surrounding cities in the southeast as a tenant representative broker. He also has  experience as a commercial appraiser and commercial loan analyst.

Stephané Carpenter, Marketing Coordinator

Stephané Carpenter, Marketing Coordinator, specializes in marketing multi-family real estate properties. Prior to Brookside Properties, Stephané  worked in the commercial architecture industry and large-scale event management. Her responsibilities at Brookside Properties include analyzing market research, conducting surveys, tracking market trends, design implementation for proposals and property literature.
